Nekoway is a privacy and security service. To keep the network safe and lawful for everyone, the following activities are strictly prohibited.

Prohibited activities

• spam
• phishing
• malware distribution
• botnets
• credential stuffing
• account takeover
• DDoS
• denial-of-service attacks
• hacking or unauthorized access
• port scanning
• vulnerability scanning without authorization
• copyright infringement
• distribution of pirated or cracked software via torrents or other means
• child sexual abuse material
• fraud
• scams
• harassment
• illegal marketplaces
• sanctions evasion
• any activity that violates applicable law

Enforcement

• Nekoway may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse.
• Nekoway may block traffic patterns that threaten the network.
• Nekoway may cooperate with hosting providers, payment providers and infrastructure partners to investigate abuse.
• Refunds may be denied for accounts suspended for abuse or fraud.
