No-Logs Policy

Introduction

This policy explains our no-logs commitment in concrete terms: what we never log, and the limited operational data we may process to run and protect the service.

We do not log

• browsing history
• DNS queries
• traffic content
• destination IPs
• websites visited
• downloaded or uploaded content
• private communications

We may process limited operational data

• account email
• subscription status
• device count
• payment invoice ID
• server load metrics
• aggregated bandwidth or capacity metrics
• security and abuse events required to protect the service
• a one-way hash of the sign-up IP address, used only to prevent free-trial abuse (raw IP not stored)

Important

No VPN service can make illegal activity legal. Nekoway is a privacy and security service, not a tool for abuse or unlawful conduct.
